Payment
We accept Switch, Maestro, Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
Shipping And Handling
Where goods ordered are in stock your order will be despatched either that day or the next day. If items are out of stock or delayed we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible with an expected delivery date.
We currently use City Link and DHL for our deliveries. Both of these carriers will normally deliver the day after despatch. Consignments must be signed for so there needs to be somebody present at the delivery address when the delivery is due.
The charge for City Link or DHL is £6.95 where the value of the order is under £300. For orders of £300 or over there is no carriage charge. If we send items by post there is a charge of £5.00 per parcel.
Overseas: We do not despatch goods overseas.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we can back order it for you. You will be emailed with an approximate delivery date. Let us know if you are happy to wait.
VAT
All prices shown include VAT where applicable. We will send a VAT invoice with your delivery.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
RETURNS
If you have a faulty item please contact us first before retuning it. If we ask you to return it to us please ensure that the item is clean and can be inspected by us in a safe and healthy manner. Any item that we cannot inspect safely, or that we judge is not in a fit state to be returned to our suppliers, will be returned to you. Please ensure that returns are packed and labelled clearly. Proof of posting is recommended in the event of loss or damage, as we do not compensate for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
